Delivery


The Company's order will be sent by SF Express. In-Stock complete orders will be sent within 5 working days after confirmation of payment.  If the order is confirmed on Saturday、Sunday or public holidays, all orders confirmed after 3pm on the working day are counted as the next working day.  If there is any shortage of item  in the order, it will wait until the shipment is collected and all the items will be sent out.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

* 註:7-11/OK便利店同順豐是合作形式,並不是附屬公司,所以便利店有權對順豐包裹作出數量限制;假設7-11/OK便利店要求每間店舖最多只可存放十件順豐包裹,而當時已有十件貨件在店舖時表示配額已滿,您的包裹則須輪候安排放入便利店。屆時有機會由順豐員工致電閣下了解查詢是否需要轉到其他順豐站取件點待您領取,敬請留意。

Overseas orders will be posted by Hong Kong Post SpeedPost. As the charges are calculated based on the weight of the package; when we receive the order, we will reply by email the shipping fee for the order.

  1. The products ordered by the customer will be governed by the delivery of the national entry list, and customer must agree to abide by all relevant entry rules.
  2. Customer must be responsible for all import duties and customs clearance fees.  And must also pay all local sales and related taxes.
  3. If the product is censored and destroyed by the customs, the Company will not arrange a refund for the customer..
