If customer who has received the goods and found to be inconsistent with the order or damages caused during the shipment and apply for return, must notify the Company within 3 days after receiving the goods. The Company will be responsible for arranging the shipping costs for returning and refilling the goods. (Hong Kong local customers only)
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNED
- Products have been opened or used.
- Product packaging did not stay intact and has been damaged, damaged or incomplete.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
