Sweet Osmanthus:
Promotes beautiful skin, relieve sore throats & cough, digestion and aids detoxification.
How to Brew (One serving):
Add 1 tablespoon of Sweet Osmanthus(which can be increased or decreased according to personal preferences) into a cup (preferably a tea cup with strainer), pour 150 to 180cc of 80°C boiling water, cover and soak for 3-4 minutes. Drinkable, the average brewing time should not exceed 5 minutes, otherwise, the taste will be astringent or too strong.
You can also add honey/stevia/sugar, according to personal taste deployment. As with stevia, please note that although the low calorie stevia, but the sweetness is heavy, adding a little is enough.
