Pink Rose Buds:
Known for their skin beautifying effects and have been used traditionally to improve skin elasticity and smoothness, strengthen the heart, liver function, help blood circulation, prevent constipation, flatten endocrine discorders, and has a good effect in treating colds and stomach problems.
How to Brew (one serving):
Add 1 tablespoon of Pink Rose Buds(which can be increased or decreased according to personal preferences) into a cup (preferable a tea cup with strainer), pour 150 to 180cc of 80°C boiling water, cover and soak for 3-4 minutes.
Drinkable, the average brewing time should not exceed 5 minutes, otherwise, the taste will be astringent or too strong.
You can also add honey/stevia/sugar, according to personal taste deployment. As with stevia, please note that although the low calorie stevia, but the sweetness is heavy, adding a little is enough.
